West Coast Pale Ale

This is my house Pale Ale. I keep a keg in stock at all times.
This is similar to Sierra Nevada.

8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 38 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.1% v/v (4.0% w/w)
Grain: 8 lb. American 2-row
8 oz. British crystal 50-60L
8 oz. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 82% efficiency
131° for 30 minutes, 155° for 60 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.042 6.5 gallons
Add 1/2 tsp of Irish Moss for last 15 minutes.
Hops: .75 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 90 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: I use White labs WLP001 American ale.
Wyeast American ale also works fine.
Log: Fermentation temp. is held around 68°.
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Keg: 11.4 psi @ 45°F
