Pale Ale V 3.0

Second attempt with the new equipment (old equipment being MR Beer, new equipment being glass carboys etc.) and third attempt overall. Last time i had boil over so i bought a bigger pot and fiddled with the hop types. This won't be ready till i get back from the Czech Republic in January.

Water: used spring water
Grain: .5 oz. American 2-row
.5 oz. American victory
1 lb. American crystal 40L
Steep: 40 mins @ 170-180 degrees
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.119 2.5 gallons
4 lb. Pale malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
2 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Irish moss added 15 mins before end of boil
Hops: 1.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Nugget (12% AA, 25 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: 1099 WYEAST Whitbread
Log: Will add 1oz whole leaf Cascade hops to secondary for aroma.
Went to primary on 10/23 will go to secondary on approx 11/2 and will bottled approx 11/14. Will be tasted on 01/2-3
Carbonation: plan to use 2/3 cup turbinado, but we'll see
