Alcohol: 6.8% v/v (5.3% w/w)
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.078 4 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 lb. Brown sugar
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Just use a basic, clean ale yeast. Dry yeast is fine for this recipe.
Carbonation: I carbonated with 3/4 corn sugar boiled in 4 cups water. Next time I'll try using DME instead.
Tasting: Sort of an extra hoppy Bass. A little fruity. Packs a punch.
