Boil: 60:min minutes SG 1.109 2.0 gallons
4.0 lb. Light dry malt extract
1.0 lb. Light malt extract
Irish Moss at last 15:min
Hops: 0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Ale Yeast
Log: Brewed on 3/1/00 Fermented for one week at 65degs secondary fermentation one week at 65degs. Racked and bottled on 3/15/00 and conditioned for two weeks at 65degs
Carbonation: 3/4 cup corn sugar
Tasting: Smooth and hoppy
