First All Grain session... wanted to clone SNPA,
Hit 87% efficiency, gonna be strong...

Bitterness: 45 IBU
OG: 1.064 FG: 1.011
Alcohol: 6.8% v/v (5.4% w/w)
Water: 1/4tsp gypsum added to filtered tap water
Grain: 9 lb. American 2-row
.5 lb. American crystal 20L
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 87% efficiency
Single infusion in converted 5 gallon igloo.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.053 6 gallons
Irish Moss (1/4 tsp) at 15 minutes
Hops: 1.0 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 5 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1332, pitched at 69 degrees.
Carbonation: Bottled with 4.75 oz corn sugar.
Tasting: It's SNPA with a slightly lighter color,
and a touch more alcohol. Very nice balance!
