Herf'n IPA

This IPA that is our house beer that we use to toast our new batches on brew day.
A prominent cigar always accompanies this brew for the senses.

14 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 61 IBU
OG: 1.067 FG: 1.014
Alcohol: 6.9% v/v (5.4% w/w)
Water: 1 tsp gypsum in boil
Grain: 12 lb. British pale
7 lb. German Pilsner
5 oz. American victory
1 lb. Belgian aromatic
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. Belgian CaraMunich
1 lb. Flaked wheat
Mash: 85% efficiency
Mash @154 for 90 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.055 13.5 gallons
irish moss at 20 min.
Hops: 2 oz. Northern Brewer (6.9% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Northern Brewer (6.9% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Saaz (3.75% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1968 starter slurry buit up over 1 week.
Carbonation: to style
