My hop amounts are VERY estimated. I don't have a kitchen scale, so I eyeballed it. But it's delicious anyhow.

Boil: minutes SG 1.080 5 gallons
1.53 lb. Corn sugar
6.12 lb. Light malt extract
2.04 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1.01 oz. Warrior (16.4% AA, 60 min.)
0.51 oz. Cascade (7% AA, 20 min.)
0.76 oz. Centennial (10.4% AA, 15 min.)
0.51 oz. Cascade (7% AA, 10 min.)
0.51 oz. Willamette (4% AA, 10 min.)
1.25 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
.5 oz. Columbus (aroma)
1.5 oz. Amarillo (aroma)
Yeast: Used California Ale WLP#001. No starter. Warm the vial to room temp and pitch away.
Tasting: I am very happy with the deliciousness of this beer.
