This is a great tasting IPA. Well balanced with a great hop finish.

Bitterness: 127 IBU
OG: 1.087 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 9.9% v/v (7.8% w/w)
Grain: 24 lb. American 2-row
5 lb. American Munich
5 lb. American crystal 10L
10 lb. Flaked corn
Mash: 80% efficiency
Mashed for 90 minutes at 152 degrees
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.079 16.5 gallons
Added Irish moss 45 minutes before end of boil.
Hops: 6 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
6 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
6 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
6 oz. Centennial (aroma)
6 oz. Amarillo Dry Hop (aroma)
Yeast: Used White Labs California yeast. Used one quart starter 24 hours before pitching.
Carbonation: Force carbonated at 30 psi for 15 minutes.
Tasting: Beautiful color, smooth well balanced and hoppy IPA.
