Yeast: one packet Safale US-56 dry
Tasting: Amber body with a medium sized, fluffy, off-white head. Big c-hop aroma, citrusy. The flavor starts with some caramel sweetness, with grapefruit and pine coming at the end. The finish is medium length with lasting bitterness. Mouthfeel is slightly on the thin side of where I would have liked it.
Overall this turned out really well. Will add 1/2 # carapils and another pound of 2-row for a bigger, maltier body next time.
