I tried to get away without using a starter and it fermented very slow. Next time I'll plan better.
Log: Actual yeild after boil was 4 gallons I still haven't figured how to get out whats below the valve on my Sanke kettle.
11 days primary, 2 weeks secondary, how ever long I can wait in a keg.
Carbonation: Keg or Bottle
Tasting: Next time I'll definitely use a yeast starter and hopefully devise a way to get all the wort out of my sanke without a mess. Smells great can't wait to taste
