Alcohol: 7.5% v/v (5.9% w/w)
Water: pre boil med hard water
Grain: 3 lb. American Munich
.5 lb. Belgian aromatic
.25 lb. American crystal 10L
.25 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. American 2-row
Mash: 40% efficiency
steep at 155 for 60 min
rinse with 1 gallon 170
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.122 3 gallons
8 lb. Light malt extract
Last ounce of hops dry hopped in keg using a fine mesh bag
Hops: 1 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: california v white labs wlp051
or california wlp 001
Log: I dryhopped with fresh nebraska hops wich added a major punch to this beer (not for the week minded)
Carbonation: forced in keg
Tasting: big malt big hops HOP-A-LICIOUS
