First Attempt IPA

My never ending battle of seariching for the ever elusive, perfectly hoppy IPA has led me to brewing my own...I am not sure if it is my pride of having brewed my own or have I hit the nail on the head, but I consider this the best beer I have ever had!

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5.2 gallons
Color:
21 HCU (~12 SRM)
Bitterness: 103 IBU
OG: 1.074 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 7.6% v/v (6.0% w/w)
Water: we have pretty good tap water here in Cleveland
Grain: 3 lb. British pale
1 lb. American crystal 40L
Steep: steep @ 160° for 30 minutes.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.096 4 gallons
6 lb. 6 oz. Light malt extract
1 lb. Amber dry malt extract
Irish Moss @ 15 minutes left in the boil
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (aroma)
.5 oz. Chinook (aroma)
1 oz. Columbus (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 1098
Log: fermented for two weeks at a constant 68°. The last addition was dry hopped after two weeks of fermenting.
Carbonation: light carbonation wths corn sugar
Tasting: I loved this beer, Im a little weary of changing this recipie, but I may try adding more hops in the end to increase the aroma. I cant seem to get enough of the hops!
