"Where's India?" pale ale

I am a big fan of the fuggles hops and of the IPA this is kind of a different Ipa because i only use that one hop.... enjoy.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
22 HCU (~12 SRM)
Bitterness: 52 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 6.3% v/v (5.0% w/w)
Water: none
Grain: 2 lb. British pale
5 oz. British amber
5 oz. British crystal 50-60L
Steep: steep grains for about hour at 155
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.204 1.5 gallons
3 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Amber malt extract
1 lb. Brown sugar
remove the grains bring to boil stir in all the extracts. hop away
Hops: 4 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
4 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
4 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
4 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: use YCKC A15 english ale yeast mix in warm 65 to 75 degrees water let stand for about five min
Log: steep about 1 lbs of oak chips in 150 degree water. about an hour should do it. place in the bottom of the fermentor with 2.5 gals of water pour in wort add water to make 5 gals place about 2 oz of fuggles as dry hops then seal it up let stand for about 7 to 10 days rack to secondary giver a good 3 weeks there adding mor oak chips if you desire. bottle let stand for about 2 weeks in bottles.
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 2.94 oz. for 5.0 gallons @ 65°F
Tasting: Dry clean crisp yummy
