Very, very hoppy. Used pellet hops from hopsdirect.com.

Alcohol: 3.8% v/v (3.0% w/w)
Water: Well water, carbon-filtered. High calcium, magnesium.
Grain: 8 lb. 8 oz. American 2-row
4 oz. American Munich
1 oz. American victory
1 oz. Belgian Special B
12 oz. British crystal 70-80L
1 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 75% efficiency
2 step; 122 d for 30 minutes, 155 d 60 minutes, 170 d. sparge.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.038 7 gallons
Irish moss added 15 minutes from end of boil.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 45 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
2.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs German Lager from previous batch.
Log: Fermentation temp; 40 - 44 d F. in fridge.
Carbonation: Naturally carbonated in keg -- added 3/4 c corn sugar.
Tasting: Excellent if you love hops!
