28 HCU (~15 SRM)
Bitterness: 59 IBU
OG: 1.066 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 6.9% v/v (5.4% w/w)
Water: 2 tsp Gypsum, filtered
Grain: 10 lb. American 2-row
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
1 lb. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. American crystal 120L
Mash: 75% efficiency
Strike at 175F with 3.75 Gals. Mash 2 row at 153°F for 30-60 minutes. Test after 30 minutes. Add Crystal and Carapils and mash out at 168°F for 10 minutes.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 6.5 gallons
Bring 2 oz oak chips to boil in saucepan for 10 minutes, strain liquid into boil kettle.

Irish moss last 15 minutes.
Hops: .5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056 american Ale in 1 quart starter
Log: Dry hop in secondary with .5 oz Cascade
