This is an american style pale ale. High in citrus Cascade hops. Bitterness is stronger with a large amount of fresh czech Bor hops.

Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.083 3.5 gallons
7 lb. Dry malt extract, Moravian Pale
Hops: 2 oz. Zatec Bor (Czech) (7.8% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Cascade (5.7% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: I'm trying Wyeast #1056 American Ale.
"Used commercially for several classic American ales. This strain ferments dry, finishes soft, smooth and dean, and is very well balanced. Flocculation low to medium; apparent attenuation 73-77%. (60-72o F)"
