2 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 70% efficiency
single infusion, mash pretty high (154+)
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.063 13 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
always use some irish moss
Hops: 2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 45 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (aroma)
2 oz. Centennial (aroma)
2 oz. Chinook (aroma)
Yeast: I think 1056 will get through this nicely
Log: dry hop 3-4 oz pellets too, your choice as to what kind.
Carbonation: keggin' and forcin' it in!
