..........WOW!!!!............WOW!!!!.........WOW!!!!.............I think we went yard again, make this beer, well, if you like a dry and extremely hoppy beer, with a mind blowing aroma, make this one, freakin hopheads
by the way our beers true color is bronze,not black like the picture shows

Boil: minutes SG 1.089 5.5 gallons
2.5 lb. Light malt extract

Hops: 4 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 45 min.)
3 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)

THe freshest hops you can get your hands on.AS for the beer, it's the bomb! as brewer's you have pat yourself on the back once and a while, because there is that one beer that has taken almost for ever to, well i'm rambling again.
