This is an Arrogant Bastard Clone substituting in Columbus Hops.

Water: I used 4-1/8 ts[ CaSO4 and Acid Malt since my water is very very soft and void of minerals.
Grain: 11 lb. 7 oz. American 2-row
15 oz. Belgian Special B
4 oz. Acid Malt
Mash: 80% efficiency
I do BIAB
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.040 9.13 gallons
Hops: .7 oz. Columbus (14.6% AA, 90 min.)
.7 oz. Columbus - First Wort Hop (14.6% AA, 90 min.)
.75 oz. Columbus (14.6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Columbus - Dry Hop (aroma)
Yeast: US-05
Log: My calculation software gave me different numbers that I hit when I did this.

IBU:118
SRM:17.2
ABV:8.1%
Carbonation: I bottle.
Tasting: Awesome! Love the flavor of Columbus and that punch to the mouth bitter with that strong malt backbone.
