Holiday Hopped IPA

This IPA is for my brew club's, High Plain Drafters, annual Holiday Hop get together. During this event we hire a bus to take us to four pre-determined club member's homes for food and of course libations.

Type: All grain Size: 10 gallons
Color:
8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 47 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 7.0% v/v (5.5% w/w)
Water: No water treatment necessary as Wyoming water is perfect for brewing.
Grain: 20 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American crystal 40L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 80% efficiency
90 minutes at 152 degrees
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.054 12 gallons
1 TBS Irish Moss 15 minutes before the end of the boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (4% AA, 30 min.)
2 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Tettnanger (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Tettnanger (aroma)
Yeast: Starter from Wyeast 1056
Log: Aroma hops added with hop back prior to chilling. Dry hops also used.
Carbonation: Force carbonation in the keg.
