Ample Harvest Barleywine

If you have the wherewithal to handle over 60 lbs of grain, this is for you. This recipe should provide enough beer to age for a good long time. Enjoy.

5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
5 lb. American chocolate
2 lb. American black patent
1 lb. Roasted barley
5 lb. American crystal 90L
Mash: 80% efficiency
Single temp infusion--155 degrees until its done.
Boil: 120 minutes SG 1.104 16 gallons
2 lb. Honey
Hops: 3 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
3 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1.5 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 45 min.)
3 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
3 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 45 min.)
