Olde TourHead - Spinner's Ale

This is what I got when I modified my IPA upwards to a BarleyWine and
cut the batch size in half. I haven't brewed it yet but aim to on my
birthday in September (thus to have it next year). I'd be anxious to
hear any comments (or reports if you actually make it.)

Beer: Olde TourHead - Spinner's Ale Style: Barley Wine
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 2.5 gallons
Color:
24 HCU (~13 SRM)
Bitterness: 97 IBU
OG: 1.112 FG: 1.024
Alcohol: 11.4% v/v (8.9% w/w)
Water: I use NOVA Tap Water normally, might look into a nice spring water
for this one...
Grain: .25 lb. 4.0 oz. American crystal 40L
.25 lb. 4.0 oz. American 6-row
Steep: I steep grains in lukewarm water slowly warming and remove them @ 160°
or so.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.112 2.5 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
.5 lb. Amber dry malt extract
1/2 tsp Irish Moss at 45 minutes
Hops: 0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1.00 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: Actually thats the only thing I havent thought of.... Probably look at
what others use before I start...
