Bitterness: 79 IBU
OG: 1.107 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 11.7% v/v (9.2% w/w)
Water: If you have good ale water use it. If not, buy it.
Grain: 1.5 lb. American crystal 20L
1.5 lb. American crystal 40L
Steep: 152° for 20-30 min
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.086 6.5 gallons
10 lb. Light malt extract
4 lb. Amber malt extract
Irish Moss if you like.
Hops: 2 oz. Cascade (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Galena (11.2% AA, 60 min.)
2 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Danstar Nottingham for starters
Llamand Champane to finish

Hops are kind of a crapshoot. The best info I have says aim for 61 IBU. As posted its closer to 80. Its a barley wine, whats 20 IBU anyway?
OG is targeted at 1.096. Go figure:<?
