Alcohol: 7.6% v/v (6.0% w/w)
Water: 1 Tsp Gypsum at beginning of boil.
1 Tsp Irish Moss 2 minutes at end of boil.
Grain: 10 lb. British pale
1 lb. British Carastan
.25 lb. Belgian chocolate
.3 lb. Flaked oats
Mash: 80% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.138 2.5 gallons
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast American Ale
Carbonation: .75 Cup Priming Sugar
