Grain: 5 oz. American crystal 60L
Steep: Steeped 60L crystal malt @ 160 deg for 15 min.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.134 2 gallons
8 oz. Brown Sugar
6 lb. 8 oz. Light malt extract
1 tsp Irish Moss last 10 min.
Hops: 1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4% AA, 10 min.)
.5 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast, London Ale
