4 oz. pale chocalte malt
3 oz. chocolat malt
4 oz. Roasted barley
Mash: 80% efficiency
Bring 2.5 gallon of water to 165 deg. mash gains at 154 for 45 minutes.
Boil: minutes SG 1.084 4 gallons
5.5 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Add 6oz. of Brown sugar at boil.
Add 1 teaspoon Irish moss 15 left in boil
Hops: 1 oz. warrior (15.8% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Liberty (4.5% AA, 15 min.)
1.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: White labs WLP005 British Ale
