Mash: 75% efficiency
standard single infusion mash with fly sparge
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.066 4.0 gallons
0..5 lb. invert sugar
Irish Moss at 15 min (2 tsp)
Hops: 0.5 oz. Bullion (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Bullion (8.5% AA, 30 min.)
0.5 oz. Liberty (aroma)
Yeast: WLP039 Nottingham Ale Yeast
Carbonation: Will bottle 1/2 with 4 tabs muntons carb tabs
and keg other half at high end of scale for porter
