I was shooting of a Pale, but may have hit a Brown.

Alcohol: 4.9% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Grain: 15 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. American Vienna
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
2 oz. American chocolate
Mash: 73% efficiency
Mashed high at 156°. Ended at 151°. Total time of mash was 90 min.
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.044 11.5 gallons
1 lb. Light dry malt extract
Added first hops at 60 min left in boil.
Added Irish moss last 20 min.
Hops: 2 oz. Cluster (6.8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.7% AA, 10 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (5.7% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: Turtle turtle turtle 1056
Carbonation: 25 psi for 48 hrs.
