Chock Full O' Nuts Brown

My first brown ale had way too much Cascade hops. I switched them with a smaller amount of Willamette and got what I was shooting for. Lot's of nutty flavor.

.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 10 min.)

Tasting: A very nutty flavor, courtesy of the Victory and Chocolate malt, makes this a fairly sweet ale. The mild, spicy Willamette hops nicely balance out the big malt flavor.
