Eleven Heaven

I was going for a more hoppy vertion of an earlier batch, tasteing at pitch time tells me it will be great!

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
43 HCU (~20 SRM)
Bitterness: 50 IBU
OG: 1.066 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 6.5% v/v (5.1% w/w)
Water: none
Grain: .75 lb. British crystal 50-60L
.25 lb. American black patent
Steep: 150° for 30 min. Rinse with 170°
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.060 5.5 gallons
7 lb. Light dry malt extract
Hops: 1.5 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast #1272, 1 step started, O2 at pitching time.
Log: Major foaming, 6 hour lag time, blow off filled for 3 days, newer blow-off tube running 3' up before turning down toward water helped with beer loss.
Carbonation: Keg and Force Carb
