Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 30L
.5 lb. American chocolate
Boil: 50 minutes SG 1.097 2.5 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (6.5% AA, 45 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 5 min.)
Yeast: British Ale Wyeast #1098
Log: Actually used challenger hop pellet but they are not on the list.

Racked 9.15.01
Kegged 9.24.01
Tasting: Tasted excellent when kegging. Can't wait for carbonation.
