First time to Prime in Keg, and Dry Hop in Keg.

36 HCU (~17 SRM)
Bitterness: 16 IBU
OG: 1.058 FG: 1.013
Alcohol: 5.8% v/v (4.5% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. British brown
1 lb. American crystal 60L
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.050 5.4 gallons
6.6 lb. Light malt extract
1 tsp. Irish Moss for 20 min. Will rehydrate for an hour or so before adding to boil.
Hops: 1.0 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
0.5 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 5 min.)
.5 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Dry English Ale (WLP007)
Log: Brewed 8-21-05
Primary for 1 week. Secondary for 1-2 weeks. Keg, prime, and condition for another week or two. This will also be the first time to dry hop in the keg. Am planning on using .5-.75 oz. Whole Leaf Kent Goldings in cheesecloth bag.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.47 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F
I am going to prime the keg and pressurize with CO2 to dispense only.
