Brown Table Ale

This is my first every brew and I wanted something that was not so easy to make and I think I got it in this.

Beer: Brown Table Ale Style: English Brown
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5.5 gallons
Color:
68 HCU (~27 SRM)
Bitterness: 12 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Grain: 4 oz. American crystal 120L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
8 oz. Belgian CaraVienne
2 oz. American chocolate
2 oz. American black patent
6 oz. Roasted barley
Steep: Just brought the water up to 155°, threw in the grain bag, and let steep for 45 mins.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.093 3 gallons
6 lb. Light malt extract
Threw in hops at beginning of boil then added a tsp of Irish Moss for the last 15 mins of boil.
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (5.8% AA, 60 min.)
Yeast: WLP007. Was going to go with WLP001 but the brew store was out so I got the WLP007
Carbonation: 3/4 cup of corn sugar in the bottling bucket
Tasting: Haven't got to try this out yet.
