OG: 1.052 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.4% v/v (4.2% w/w)
Grain: 8 oz. American crystal 60L
4 oz. British chocolate
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.086 3 gallons
5 lb. Light malt extract
1 lb. 8 oz. Honey
Irish Moss @ 40minutes
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: Used safale dried yeast.
Tasting: It's nice. I actually added the honey when the fermentation had orginally terminated. It was just a little to mild for me. Not my favorite beer in the world, but I'm brewing it for a buddy's party and it should do the trick.
