Water: 1 tsp Burton Water Salts added to boil
Grain: 1.04 oz. American crystal 10L
Boil: 60 mins minutes SG 1.120 2.5 gallons
6.65 lb. Light dry malt extract
1 tsdp irish moss after 45 mins boil. hops added: 1 oz to original boil, 1/4 oz after 45 mins boil, 1/2 oz. after additional 5 mins,
boil, 1/4 oz after p more misn boil.
Hops: 1.12 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
0.84 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Northern Brewer (aroma)
Yeast: white labs English Ale Yeast
Carbonation: primed with 1 1/4 cups DME
