N-U-T Brown Ale

Newcastle Upon Tyne Brown Ale = N-U-T
One of my favourite beers - first time at an imitation
Would like some suggestions for hopping schedule

Type: All grain Size: 23 liters
Color:
52 HCU (~22 SRM)
Bitterness: 25 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: Used totally purified water, then treated with 1 tsp MgSO4 in mash and 1 tsp in boil
Irish Moss 5 grams 15 min boil
Grain: 3.5kg British pale
100g Wheat malt
500g Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
500g British crystal 70-80L
100g Flaked barley
250g American chocolate
Mash: 60% efficiency
One step infusion mash and sparge (Esky style insulated container)
All grain in 12-15 L water at 73 C. Stir, comes to 69 C. Seal lid.
Come back 1.5 hrs later. Temp abt 67 C. Drain. Rerun til clear
Sparge 15 L 78 C.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.041 27 liters
500g Brown sugar
Irish moss (5 g) and brown sugar 15 mins
Hops: 14g Fuggles (4% AA, 60 min.)
14g Bullion (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
14g Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 15 min.)
20g Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1028 starter full krausen.
22 C for 2 weeks
