Nothing to do ESB

Trying to get a bunch of beer recipes for me to make this summer. This is trying to clone Alaskan ESB just using the info from the web site. So if you see a lot of beer recipes of mine, I'm just getting ready for summer. I will report on taste later. I like a lot of differnt biter beers

Bitterness: 35 IBU
OG: 1.056 FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 5.2% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: Cordova Alaska stream water boiled
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 60L
Steep: grains for 30 min at 155f
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.187 1.5 gallons
3.3 lb. Light malt extract
3.3 lb. Amber malt extract
.5 lb. Belgian candi sugar
irish moss last 15 min of boil
Hops: 1.46 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1.46 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1.46 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: wyeast 1098
Carbonation: 1.3 volumes Corn Sugar: 1.18 oz. for 5 gallons @ 68°F
