Afterthought Ale

I'm brewing this one up tonight, so I don't know how it'll turn out. Made it up in the car on my way to the LHBS. I'll post back when it's done and let you know, but it sounds tasty enough to me.

Type: All grain Size: 12 gallons
Color:
5 HCU (~4 SRM)
Bitterness: 28 IBU
OG: 1.046 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 4.7% v/v (3.7% w/w)
Water: None
Grain: 12 lb. American 2-row
1 lb. Wheat malt
2 lb. British Munich
2 lb. American crystal 10L
Mash: 75% efficiency
Two infusion, 30 min @ 135F, 60 min @ 154.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.040 14 gallons
2 lb. Honey
Irish Moss @ 15, honey @ flameout.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
1 oz. Kent Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: Pitching on a yeast cake of Edme dry.
Carbonation: Keep carb low.
