Winter Wipeout

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
13 HCU (~9 SRM)
Bitterness: 11 IBU
OG: 1.061 FG: 1.018
Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. Rolled oats
Steep: include winter spices like cinnamon,nutmeg,allspice,vanilla bean,cloves,etc....I use small amounts of each just for a mild trace.I don`t care for popourri beer.
Boil: 55 minutes SG 1.047 6.5 gallons
3 lb. Amber dry malt extract
8 oz. Brown sugar
3 lb. Honey
4 oz. Molasses
Hops: .25 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 60 min.)
.25 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 45 min.)
.25 oz. Fuggles (4.75% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Fuggles (aroma)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
Yeast: WYeast 2308 Munich Lager Yeast
Carbonation: 2.2 volumes Keg: 11.4 psi @ 45°F
Tasting: A little sweet but it should mellow over time! Good Luck.
