1 lb. American crystal 10L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
2 lb. Flaked corn
2 lb. Rolled oats
Mash: 80% efficiency

oats are lightly toasted in oven for flavor
Boil: 45 minutes SG 1.041 13 gallons
3 lb. Honey
the honey used is orange blossom and added after the boil
right before cooling so as not to damage the honey
Hops: 1 oz. Galena (13% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Perle (8% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: white labs calif.ale yeast #wlp001 72ml
Log: mash temp. 146 f. for approx.60 min.
sparge water temp. 175F.
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 10.6 oz. for 12 gallons @ 68°F
