Chocolate Stout

This got such a good reception last Cristmas, it will be an annual brew.

Color:
166 HCU (~50 SRM)
Bitterness: 26 IBU
OG: 1.058 FG: 1.015
Alcohol: 5.6% v/v (4.4% w/w)
Grain: 1 lb. American crystal 60L
.5 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
.5 lb. British chocolate
.5 lb. Roasted barley
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.090 3.25 gallons
7 lb. Dark malt extract
8 oz. Hershey's Bakers Chocolate-- 30 min into boil
Hops: 1 oz. Northern Brewer (8.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: Wyeast 1084
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.13 oz. for 5 gallons @ 70°F
For some reason this batch didn't carbonate. I added prime-tabs, still nothing. I had to rehydrate some dry yeast and squirt a little into each bottle with a syringe I got from the dentist. That did the trick.
