Pale Ale Aroma

Type: All grain Size: 3.8 liters
Color:
7 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 27 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.008
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: the used water was boiled before use.
Grain: 1kg Belgian pale
Mash: 62% efficiency
Boil: 90 minutes SG 1.035 5.5 liters
30 minutes before finished, I add 5 gr. of fresh rosmary leaves.
Hops: 5g Fuggles (5.5% AA, 60 min.)
4g Fuggles (5.5% AA, 15 min.)
3g Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: Nottingham Ale yeast.
Log: 4 days fermentation at 22 degrees.
1 week racking.
2 weeks at 1 degree.
4 weeks in bottle before ready to go!
Carbonation: 6 gr/Lts.
