4 oz. Flaked wheat
8 oz. American 2-row
Mash: 40% efficiency
15 @ 115, 15 @ 130, 30 @ 148, 30 @ 155
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.121 2.5 gallons
5.5 lb. Light malt extract
12 oz. Dark malt extract
12 oz. Molasses
Add the contents of 2 cans, without syrup, of blackberries.
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 45 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 30 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (aroma)
Yeast: White Labs Burton Ale (WLP023)
Log: 1-2 weeks primary, 1-2 weeks secondary
Carbonation: 2/3 cup corn sugar
