Steep: 155° for 30 mins
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.046 6.5 gallons
3 lb. Amber malt extract
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
8 oz. Honey
8 oz.
1 oz irish moss ,8lbs Asparagus 2lbs steep with grains,other 6 lbs bake in oven at 350° for 30 mins then add to boil at 60 mins,also 3 oz. emeril's essence
Hops: 1 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Styrian Goldings (aroma)
Yeast: 1 pkg. London Ale YeastV
Carbonation: 2.0 volumes Keg: 15.9 psi @ 60°F
