Alcohol: 5.3% v/v (4.1% w/w)
Water: 5 micron filtration only
Grain: 10 lb. American 2-row
10 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. American crystal 10L
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 75% efficiency
Undecided right now
Boil: 75 minutes SG 1.044 14 gallons
Irish Moss (2 tsp) at 15 minutes.
Hops: 2 oz. Hallertauer (4.25% AA, 60 min.)
.5 oz. Hallertauer (aroma)
Yeast: 1056 Yeast cake left over from my APA last week.
Log: This will be split into two 5 gallon batches with different fruits frozen, chopped up, and put into the secondary. Have not decided on the fruit yet, but about 5 lbs per 5 gallons will be used.
Carbonation: Not there yet
Tasting: Not there yet
