New Art Wheat ??

Correction I used these ingredients:
Muntons Crushed Crystal Malt lovibond 64 1 Ib
Briess DME 60/40 2.2 Ib
Glacier pellet hops 7.4% .5 oz
Hallertau pellet hops 3.9% .5 oz
1 tsp irish moss
2 Ibs sugar
1 tsp gysum

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 4 gallons
Color:
20 HCU (~12 SRM)
Bitterness: 14 IBU
OG: 1.048 FG: 1.006
Alcohol: 5.5% v/v (4.3% w/w)
Water: I used filtered water(my kitchen water has a touch of clorine)
Grain: 1 lb. British crystal 70-80L
Steep: I used a nylon bag and put in my grains and Glacier hops
right at first boil
Boil: 65 minutes SG 1.097 2 gallons
2.2 lb. Wheat extract
2 lb. Cane sugar
about a tsp of irish moss with hallertau hops at 45 min
Hops: 0.5 oz. Glacier (7.4% AA, 45 min.)
0.5 oz. Hallertauer (3.9% AA, 15 min.)
Yeast: I used the Munich german wheat beer yeast 11g
sprinkle right on top of the wort WHEN it cools to 80 F!!
Log: brew date 2 24 09
temp 62-65 f
Carbonation: 2.5 volumes Corn Sugar: 3.42 oz. for 4 gallons @ 65°F
I am still experimenting with the whole CO2 process
