2C's wheat

This was just a easy recipe to brew, used 3 muslin cloth bags and dipped grains in 13 gallons of water for 40 minutes. I used centenial and cascade because they are two of my favorite hops in snca and thought they would give the beer a nice hop profile.

Alcohol: 5.9% v/v (4.6% w/w)
Grain: 5 lb. American 2-row
5 lb. Wheat malt
1 lb. Belgian aromatic
1 lb. Dextrine malt (Cara-Pils)
Mash: 60% efficiency
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.049 13 gallons
10 lb. Wheat extract
1 ounce of cascade pellets was used to dryhop this beer in the secondary
Hops: 1 oz. Cascade (6.4% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Centennial (9.6% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1 oz. Centennial (aroma)
Yeast: white labs 001 california ale yeast
Carbonation: used 1 ounce dextrose per 5 gallons to carbonate
