balls on blue berry Wheat

This is one my buddy Los and i just came up with not sure how it will taste but we are going to try this one out soon too.

Beer: balls on blue berry Wheat Style: American Wheat
Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 15 IBU
OG: 1.051 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Water: none
Grain: 1 lb. 4 oz. American Vienna
1 lb. American Munich
Steep: Steep grains for about 30 mins at 155 then for another 30 mins at 165.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.253 1 gallons
3 lb. Light malt extract
3 lb. Wheat extract
Bring the water you steep the grains in to a boil mix in all extracs and stir very well. Boil for about an hour add hops as directed or as wanted..
Hops: 3/4 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 60 min.)
3/4 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 60 min.)
1/2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
1/2 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 45 min.)
1/2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
1/2 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 30 min.)
1/2 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
1/2 oz. Cluster (7% AA, 15 min.)
1/2 oz. Cascade (aroma)
1/2 oz. Cluster (aroma)
Yeast: Wyeast 1056
Log: in your primary fermentor have 8 lbs of fresh or frozen blue berries and about 3 gals of cool or cold water. pour in your wort, add water to make five gals. when the temp reaches between 60 and 70 degrees pitch your yeast.
Carbonation: 2.4 volumes Corn Sugar: 4.01 oz. for 5.0 gallons @ 65°F
