Blackberry honey wheat

Tried to replicate the Midnight Suns brewing Fireweed honey beer for my fiance. Local brew shop only had blackberry honey.Great color and taste.Didnt take specific gravity, never have so that might be differnt.

Type: Extract w/grain Size: 5 gallons
Color:
12 HCU (~8 SRM)
Bitterness: 15 IBU
OG: 1.065 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 7.2% v/v (5.6% w/w)
Water: Fox alaska strem water. No treatment.
Grain: 8 oz. Wheat malt
8 oz. American crystal 90L
8 oz. Honey Malt
Steep: Steep grains for 30 min at 155° F.
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.109 3 gallons
6 lb. Wheat extract
2 lb. Blackberry Honey
1/2 teaspoon irish moss (15 min)
Hops: 1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Mt. Hood (4.5% AA, 20 min.)
Yeast: Used Wyeast #1056 (american ale)
Log: Primary for 7 days. Secondary for 13 days
Carbonation: 1 cup honey to batch.
