Three Boys Wheat

This is a very simple brew. It has some very fruity overtones and a residual sweetness.

5 HCU (~5 SRM)
Bitterness: 6 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.012
Alcohol: 4.8% v/v (3.8% w/w)
Water: Philly's finest!
Grain: 8 oz. American Crystal
Boil: 60 minutes SG 1.123 2 gallons
3 lb. Light dry malt extract
3 lb. Wheat extract
Hops: 0.49 oz. Saaz (3.9% AA, 60 min.)
0.49 oz. Hallertauer (5% AA, 15 min.)
.5 oz. Saaz (aroma)
Yeast: EasYeast American Ale
Carbonation: 3/4 cup dextrose.
Tasting: Sofar I've only tasted this flat, before bottling. If I can hold on to this until summertime, it will be really nice to squeeze a bit of fresh lemon into and drink ice cold after mowing the darn lawn!
